He did a complete and thorough inspection and diagnosis of my issue, which was initially a broken spring, but also needed both springs replaced with new bearings. He completed the job on the spot, and my door works great once again. Will even helped me work with my Home Warranty policy to get reimbursed for the cost. I could not have asked for a better experience overall! Precision Door Service is the best!"
