Called for service early Monday afternoon and the call was answered promptly and professionally. He said a technician could be out within a couple hours. Cole arrived about 90 minutes later. He immediately assessed the problem and went to work. Throughout, he was friendly, courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. His truck has an excellent variety of parts to fix just about any common garage door issue (really handy so he doesn't have to run off and get parts, extending time and billing, like many do). He quickly fixed the issue so it was like new, provided some free pointers on better operation of my doors, answered all my questions and was on his way. Overall, an absolutely perfect service call from initial call to finish. Highly recommended.

Service was prompt, professional, and competively priced. Upgraded to a 20,000 cycle spring and it was still better priced than most competitors.

Our garage door spring broke, but the door hasn't been working very smooth for a long time.
All Star Garage was very professional and friendly.  Did a great job.  I'm very happy with the result.  My garage door is opening much more smoothly now (and much quieter).

Arrived on time and replaced door seals and cables. Doors really need to be replaced but we were able to get them functioning better than they were until we can do a total replacement. Would definitely call again for a tune up or when the time arrives to finally replace them.

My whole experience from start to finish was great with All Star Garage Doors.  The folks I initially spoke with on the phone were professional, courteous, and helpful.  I was pleased to hear that they could send a tech out so soon--the next day.  I met the tech, Cole, at the property the next morning, and he quickly went about determining the problem and let me know that it was due to a worn out gear / sprocket mechanism.  I appreciated that he actually showed me the worn out part.  It was a rather inexpensive part to replace, and he was done in no time.  Very efficient and professional.  I will definitely call this company again when the need arises and recommend them to anyone I know who needs this service.  Great experience.   

They did an excellent job. They were great. They gave me a price right over the phone. They told me that it would cost this much if they had to do that and as much if they had to do this. I told them that it sounds really good to me. I told them to get it done. He came out. He had the new opener at the back of his truck. He was here about two hours to peel one away. That was it. He told me that if I have any problems to let him know and he would be right out. I have not had any problems at all.

Call today. Tech arrived on time, very prefesional and helpful. Replace the springs. He also gave advice on the new opener and hauled the old stuff away.

Garage door broke off the railing on one side and was lop-sided.  Called All-Star as soon as they opened and sent a very nice guy (I apologize if I could not remember his name, this is what happens when I do not write a review immediately) who diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast and efficiently.  He replaced the spring coils and did not detect any other additional problem.  He told us that the garage will still last us a couple of years but suggested that we start saving up for it and suggested a better brand.  I wish that I could remember the technician's name right now, but my husband and I appreciate that he was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and hardworking, and he definitely loved what he was doing.  Very trustworthy, too, he did not over-charge or sell us anything else. Reflects well on the company.

Repaired a broken garage door.  I had another company look at it and they said I needed a lot of expensive services besides the repair.  A1 was honest and said I really only needed the repair.  I was disappointed the next day as it did not work again and it took them several days to come back to fix it.  They got it right the second time and were very pleasant.  I would recommend them. |

Professional, quick, replaced some bolts, balanced the door. Great service, advised that garage door should last many many years, very reassuring considering we didn't know if we were going to have to start saving for a new one.

The service was great. There was a little problem that turns out to be unrelated to the service but happened a couple days after service. They came right out and diagnosed and fixed problem without additional charge. GREAT SERVICE!

Noted that the motor and door would need to be replaced due to poor placement of the opener.  The door was reinforced that it would sag as much and relief undo stress on the opener.  It is a good fix for not and we are thankful to be aware that it will need to be fixed and/or replaced.

The results were fantastic.  The door opens and closes smoothly and quietly.  I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend this company.

It went very well, I was surprised at how fast they were, even with me they took the time to show me what was wrong before they fixed it.

We have odd size torsion springs on a very large, heavy garage door. The springs couldn't be located locally. So they had them made. They came early in the morning as promised and left and returned to complete the work, including custom springs, by mid-afternoon. The total price was lower than what they originally quoted.
This is the first garage door repair company that I've hired that didn't try to convince me to buy a new opener, new rollers, etc.
