We even went to some of his previous jobs to verify the quality of his work. At the time he worked on our home, he only had a business license and not a contractor license. Boyd Critchfield, president of the company, came to our home. He was very professional. He viewed the area where the buyers had requested the repairs and concluded they weren't necessary. He then followed up by sending us a written opinion confirming what he had told us and didn't charge us anything for doing so.
