They got it scheduled for someone to come out very quickly, Lucas was great and got the re piping done very quickly. My dissatisfaction is with **company policy** on collecting payments and communication. Lucas called me the day before finishing and let me know he would be done the following day, but did not give me a time frame of when it would be completed. When we first met he has said that he likes to work late hours, so I did not know if he would be calling while I was ar work or after I was off work I was at work when he called the first time at 2:07 PM. I did not receive the call due to poor reception at work. He left me a voicemail that he was done and was ready to collect payment. He then called 4 more times but the call was not received due to poor cell service. Last call was received at 2:21 PM. He left me a voicemail stating that he needed a call back immediately because they have a very strict policy about customers trying to **duck payment** and they will cut plumbing out immediately if they did not receive a call back immediately. Lucky I got the notification they were done when he texted me to call at 2:22 PM. I was given less than 20 minutes before I was threatened if I did not call back the work would be removed. I will never use them again, and I am dissappointed that I spent money on their 1-year service plan that I will never use. I understand needing to get paid for services rendered, but if he had given me a time frame when the work would have been completed I could have arrived at the home before he was done so that this would have not been and issue. He told me that they have very aggressive collection policies so that I didn't try and sell the home before they could put a lien on it. The home is not even listed for sale I also do not believe that less then 20 minutes is adequate time to give someone to show up and pay them when you do not know when it will even be done. I know they will probably give you a better price than most companies, but knowing what I know now I would have rather paid to another company that is more professional even if I did have to pay 2,000 dollars more for the same service.

We had a leak from an unknown source spreading throughout the upstairs flooring and beginning to drip heavily into the basement. Lucas was the first to respond to our request and promptly came to the house. We encountered a couple of problems working with him: First, he misidentified the source of the leak on his first visit. He assumed it was under the kitchen sink. As a result, we had hours more leaking and spreading water damage; On his second visit, he found the actual source of the leak, and crack line going into the back of the freezer into the ice maker. He recommended a disaster cleanup company and, due to the state of emergency we were in, we went with it. They turned out to be unprofessional and dishonest as verified by a different cleanup company we had come out to give us a second opinion and by the opinion of a general contractor. Overall, I think Lucas was friendly and had no bad intentions, but seemed a little naive (he is young) and did not produce good results for us at all. UPDATE: Lucas called me after reading this review and offered his services to do whatever was needed to make things right. I appreciate his efforts to make up for previous mistakes.

Excellent service. Efficient and professional!

Lucas was a highly skilled and efficient plumber. He installed a free-standing tub which involved re-plumbing both the water supply and drain line. He installed a double sink vanity as well as replacing the existing toilet. All his work showed his attention to detail. I will hire again next time I am in need of plumbing work
