"Michael Anderson from Groundworks was professional, courteous, articulate and thorough on his evaluation. The house is over 100 years old, however, and the nature of the problem and the fix involved could not be completed with traditional methods. However he offered several suggestions that we can do to mitigate any worsening of the problem without major structural upheaval. It’s best not to perform mudjacking in the winter unless the ground temperature remains above freezing.
