I hired this company to clean my vinyl siding. They first came to look at my home to assess & quote what it would cost. I was concerned that my siding was oxidized, and that the power washing would make the issue worse. I was assured that their chemicals they used would take care of it and there would be no splotches/streaks. After they washed, my home dried and had splotches and streaks everywhere and now my home looks worse than before. When expressing my disappointment they essentially gaslighted me and told me I just needed to get new siding. I would not have hired them if they did not give me the assurance that it would end up looking good despite the oxidation. I feel completely scammed.

"We are sorry you feel this way! We made every attempt to make this customer happy! Including returning, but she did not have us return. The home was old and did explain it can expose imperfections in the siding. But she had us wash her home anyway!"
