After reviewing additional options with Brandon, (our design consultant) it was an easy decision for us to move forward in upgrading our master bath shower and the main bathroom tub as well. The 1st day of 3, we had Kimball, Riley, & Dylan working on the master bath, they had to come back the next day to finish. Carson, Fredy and Logan installed & completed the basement shower the 1st day . Carson, Fredy and Kyle returned a week later, because our tub arrived in the wrong color, they completed the main bath installation in 1 day. The teams were courteous, professional and explained the process in detail. The transformation of our three bathrooms is incredible and well worth the 3 day interruption. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

I had received other recommendations others for Bath Fitters, that they had done good work, so they were one of our choices that we got a quote from, but I’m not going with them. The quote that they gave me, I believe was $2,500. They were prompt and they replied, things like that. Price was competitive, but the other one was better."
