He showed me actual photos of the damage and explained how the new roof is constructed and how it functions with the vent system. Which is really an amazing system. I could not be happier, our shower was 30+ yrs. Pretty bad shape... I am so excited to have a new shower, that I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for... Cost was very affordable...
