"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

The mechanic/technician had to do some rework to prevent the door from being pulled from the wall/structure.

As for the office manger, I don't believe she was very professional relative to speaking to me as I was either being too picky about the quality of workmanship, a bother or flat out a pain in the rear end. On one occasion, I came into their store to get a sample color of the shower we had installed and she came from the back of the store and quickly stated that she was in a meeting and what did I want....... How in the world was I to know that she was in some meeting esp. since I did not receive " a memo saying don't bother me until my meeting is over ". Once she told me that no other customers has as many complaints as I did and my reply was maybe those customers were unaware, afraid to say something or accepted as is and her reply was that maybe I had spent too many years (45 +) in the Quality Assurance Dept. With reply, I decided to discontinue the conversation and just request to have someone to come out and fix the problem.  If quality is part of their process, then the office manager should be given some sort of training in customer relations as well as a brief outline in Quality and what in means to customers such as myself.

"Falcon renovation guided us through every step of the process; discussing the different qualities of the materials, ease and durability, ideal size choices, color coordination etc… All the material arrived in a timely manner and the finished product looks amazing. We receive compliments every time someone walks into our basement. We couldn’t believe how very easy their team made the entire process and we couldn’t be happier with the end result!"

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"The entire project was professionally conducted from start to finish. The countertop install team showed up on time each day and finished the job as stated. They did a great job installing our countertops without any damage to our house. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase and install new countertops."

"The remodel went great! Had some drywall I needed replaced in my basement. They stayed on schedule which I’ve had a problem with others doing In the past. Budget was fair. Step by step communication along the way is always appreciated which just seemed to come 2nd nature to them. I highly recommend."
