"The team from phone call to installation of a gas heater was a good experience for us. The installation team was very pleasant, polite, effiicient with their timing, installing, explaining, and courteous. Our heater went out over the New Year, and we were without heat for 3 1/2 days. "Over the years I have used 4 different companies for my A/C, heating and plumbing needs. I will be using Whipple Service Champions from now on. James Garcia is a service technician with Whipple. James did a fantastic job on my A/C blower motor replacement and system service. He arrived on time for the diagnostic service on my system. He explained everything to me. (I tend to ask a lot of questions). He gave me a few quote options. I accepted one of the quotes and James was back the next morning to do the repair. He did everything has said he would do.
