"All Service Moving was exceptional. Great customer service - easy to schedule and flexible. Royce & Frost did an AMAZING job moving all of our very heavy and fragile belongings. They handled all of our requests and items with care and worked both efficiently and quickly. They were super friendly and very customer service oriented. I can't thank them enough for the GREAT job they did. I highly recommend All Service Moving for anything moving and/or storage related. And DEFINITELY request Royce & Frost to handle your job. Thank You!"

"Fantastic. I paid hourly for two guys, with an extra helper added for free. It turned out that the piano was so heavy that they needed to call in one of the managers to help out as well. They padded all items and wrapped them in plastic for the move. As I had extra moving blankets in my garage I simply gave those to them and kept the padding and plastic wrap for storage (tip: buy moving blankets at Harbor Freight). The guys were very professional and accomodating. Even helped me with lifting a couch from the house into the garage and getting the door back on its hinges. Highly recommended, and I use moving companies a lot as I deal in rental properties. Never found a company that I wanted to repeat hire, until now."

"These guys are good!  They charge by the hour, and they worked very hard from start to finish.  We had estimated needing them for 7-8 hours, but they got the entire job done in less than 6.  They were punctual, clean, and friendly.  They used a hand truck to load most items, but they hand carried all "fragile" boxes to and from the truck.  Scheduling was easy.  We liked them so much we hired them to handle my son's move the next week.  Again, they exceeded expectations.  I would recommend them without hesitation.

"I reached out to Kellogg movers for a quick decision move. I spoke with Kelly who was amazing to work with. He was out of the country I believe but still managed to arrange getting someone out to me for a quote. I set up a move time and was all set. The morning they arrived they came earlier than expected which was great. The crew was in and out. I had everything ready In boxes as they requested and it was a smooth move. I was moved out of my condo and into my new home in less than 2 hours. I would recommend Kellogg Movers to anyone looking for a moving company."

Moving questions, answered by experts

Moving a grill by yourself is possible, as long as you’re careful. If your grill has wheels, you can simply wheel it to your desired location—or to a moving vehicle if you’re transporting it to a new location. Before moving a grill, make sure it’s cool and clean. And, if you need help moving heavy furniture items, a pro can help.

Yes, tipping each mover separately ensures that everyone on the team gets their fair share.

It is generally worth moving a shed if the structure is in good condition, you have space for it at the new location, and the cost to move it is less than the cost of buying or building a new one. You should weigh the pros and cons, particularly for long-distance moves where transportation can be expensive. If your shed is in disrepair or the relocation cost is too high, it likely isn't worth moving, and installing a new shed at your new property may be a better choice.

A house may need to be moved due to land redevelopment, to avoid demolition, to preserve a historic structure, to adapt to zoning changes, or to relocate to a safer or more desirable location because of climate change.

Your furnace rests at the center of one of the most complicated infrastructures in your home. Air intakes, ducts, water, electricity, and sometimes gas connect up to the system. Most of these lines were run to this point specifically to service the furnace, so they’ll need to be closed up and new ones established.  A furnace is almost always connected to the air conditioner, so you’ll probably be moving those components as well.

Moving a furnace a few feet is probably no big deal. Moving it into a different part of the house is a different story.
