Past movers have easily moved files and dressers without removing drawers, for example, while these movers removed all drawers and left them out once delivered to the new location. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage.
