"Utah Flooring and Design came out to our house and gathered measurements to provide accurate estimates. The sales guy came with many different carpet samples of varying grades to help us make the right choice for our house. Their prices and rates were competitive with other flooring stores in the area. I did finance through this vendor for the purchase, which was very easy to apply, and approval was same-day. They helped find an installer that met our aggressive timelines during the holiday season. The installer came in and was professional and courteous and the finished product was exactly what we had hoped for. I would definitely recommend this company to others."

"I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. Thanks John for a very pleasant experience"

"Everything went really well. Rob was punctual and got everything done quickly. The price was competitive. He and the contractors he brought in did an awesome job. In the master shower, they replaced and fixed some of the old pipes and fixtures, installed a new shower pan and all the tile and fixtures. He was even able to work in a curve ball we threw in and installed the niche in the shower. For the outdoor stair drain, he and his crew were able to remove the old, ineffective drain and setup a much better drain with higher capacity and that is better at absorbing the water and rain. Rob also did some research on the best options for drainage in the stair well and helped us avoid costly options that would not work long-term. We're very happy with the result. For the window well installation, he got the job done despite our indecision and patiently worked with us while we changed our minds. Now we have an installed window well attached to the wall in a very narrow space with the drainage gravel all setup and ready to go. All through the process, Rob was awesome at communicating with us, keeping us updated, and figuring out solutions with us, giving us invaluable info based on extensive experience to help us make the best possible choices."

Between the sheetrock dust and general dirt from a full bathroom renovation, the floor and the air quality in their house is terrible. The room was NOT sealed off to contain the dust and particles and they have NOT cleaned up after themselves. Both my parents require oxygen and they are both suffering physically because of his poor work quality. Also, it doesn't appear that he does any work himself. He uses subs for everything. I told him during the first week that a walking path needed to be left for my mother and her walker. Every time I've gone to pick her up, they've had the walkway blocked. They even blocked the driveway so she had to go all the way to the street to get in my vehicle. He's inconsiderate and doesn't respect his customers or their homes."

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
