"Scott replaced the water heater, and also cleared our basement floor drain that another very popular plumbing company (that supposedly specializes in drain clearing) could not clear. This other company had quoted me $1300 to excavate our basement and clear the drain. More if they had to move the furnace to get at the drain. Scott from Expert had the drain flowing freely in about 10 minutes, for $185. He also recommended the installation of an expansion tank on our new water heater, as he felt the pressure is what caused premature failure of our previous water heater. He checked out our furnace and found no problems with it and there was no charge for the service."
