Very nice gentleman who took his time spraying inside and outside my house. When he was done, he reviewed with me where he sprayed and places he laid traps. He was probably on premise for 30-40 minutes. I got a follow-up email from Kayla welcoming me to EcoGen with information about the company and the different service plans they provided. Then within 30 minutes of Bryan’s departure I got an invoice from Michelle detailing the service performed at my home by Bryan. The team in Phil, Kayla, Bryan, and Michelle was top notch!
