"Do not trust Joey A! I paid him a lot of money to build a two tier retaining wall in my backyard which he has never completed. He has left tools and extra stones in my backyard for months and never completed gluing the stones. It is sad because I was very happy with his work for the first 90% and now I truly cannot get ahold of him to just complete the last 10%. Do not pay him until the work is completely done!! "
