Gentleman came out, looked at our roof. No need to replace. Did fix a reason for a leak and did not charge anything extra. Very pleased and would hire again and have recommended to my friends.

Replaced Fill valve on 11/29/2012, did not notice flush valve leaking, called back the next week and replaced flush valve did not charge me service fee for that visit.
