I have had to have the shower re-tiled three times. Twice by them and then by another. I had black mold because they didn't do the shower pan right.

They came to the house and never called back with estimate. I called the office and they still did not call. Some people like them but our experience wasn't good.

I have made 2 attempts of contacting the contractor via Angie's LIst, and phone calls. This contractor has made NO attempt to call me back. That's an estimated $1500-2000 job that I am giving someone else.

We called them out because our a/c wouldn't turn on. They came out after hours and told us that our freon was low. They filled it up and made sure our unit was cooling down our salon. Everything was great till the next weekend, our a/c did the same thing. I called them out again and he said that one of our two compressors was out. I called a few other places, and they all said that they should have caught that when they were here last week. We had to pay another $105 for the service call when it was something they should have found last week.
