She measured everything and told me what the price was. She answered all my questions, didn?t fool around, lollygag or anything. The price was extremely reasonably. It was better than replacing windows, I?ll tell you that much. It keeps out heat, is the main thing for electricity. We were just very appreciative. Her husband, Chris came with her to install it and they were really great. I thought it would be more expensive, so the price was great. They were exceptionally pleasant, extremely friendly. They are very busy like. The professionalism, I was very impressed. They were honest.

We were thinking about replacing the windows and they said, ?no don?t do that because it is more expensive!? I said, ?yeah you?re right, but we didn?t know what to do!? When I saw the solar screens, several of my friends have it. They really do save and you can?t see inside your house. That is another reason, the privacy. The privacy issue is very much a concern.

If burglars come to your house and they can?t see inside, what are they going to do. If you have got a radio going and they can?t see inside; they are going to go, ?humm!? Someone stupid would just break in anyway. I got their business cards. I said, ?let me tell people!? I told one of my neighbors already. They were also very focus on what their aim is, to help people. They were very clean, they had a clean appearance. Their truck was very clean, everything was neat. They are very well organized and very focused."

It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels."
