When he got here we talked about what we wanted done and he showed us pictures of samples of what it would most likely look like and he would get back with us on the estimate.. "Juan was very prompt and eager to have my drywall repaired. He did an excellent job! I had other quotes and scheduled estimates that canceled on me. Juan had a level of customer service that made me feel like he cared about his work and job, and me. He asked the right questions about "what I wanted". I did not get that response from other quotes. I read a previous review for Juan with National Drywall, stating along the lines that "he was a little messy". I can see that for homeowners living in the home. I didn't see him clean any of the shaving from the drywall, but in our case we are not living in the house yet. We plan to hire professional cleaners for the entire house. So, it didn't matter to us. It wasn't too big of a deal. When we bought the home previous tenants left the a house a mess like a junk yard! All in all I was happy with Juan's work. Thank you Juan!"
