"Jacob came out and I explained I had a rodent in my home. He looked around, covered all the outside openings and covered them. The rodent was caught on Valentine's Day and Jacob came back a second time the same day. He removed the rodent. Jacob explained everything to me, was very professional and did ever thing in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend Jacob to take care of the problem."

He discovered the point of entry, put out child/pet safe baits, and put down trackers. He followed up repeatedly until we were sure it was gone, then sealed the hole. We have been using him now for almost a year to help keep yard pests and other critters under control. He's very knowledgeable (I now know what Gecko droppings look like v. mice droppings) and very considerate/flexible with my family's needs.
