"The people I spoke and worked with are very nice, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They did what they said they were going to do and were very professional. My issue and the primary reason why I'm giving them 3-stars is the level of service for the price they charged. $800 for what ended up being setting up a few traps and checking on them over the course of a week and a half is a complete rip-off. The sanitation portion of the job didn't even include fully cleaning, they simply sprayed disinfectant. I understand there may be infestations that require a lot of work. However, the right thing for them to do after this job was adjust their charges according to what was really needed and not a flat fee. I think hiring them did solve our issue but I won't hire them again. I can set traps, spray sealant, and spray disinfectant in my own attic for $50. If this cost me $200-$300 I would have given them 4 or 5 stars."

They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. They never followed up, even after I called and emailed them again. I would not recommend this service to anyone."
