They were amazingly efficient and knowledgable. This was definitely not their first rodeo. They removed the dead limbs that I had identified when we met the day before for our estimate. Then, they proceeded to remove the dead branches and limbs that I had not seen. They were fast, efficient and VERY thorough. They completely cleared away the discarded branches and limbs. He didn't treat my questions as if I were stupid. They drove from Dallas TX to my home in deep east TX a drive of over 4 hours and that was all in one day.
