"Zack and his crew did a great job. The only downside was that it took over a week to get the glass and get it installed. However, that was the timeframe I was given to begin with. I had seen great reviews for them on Nextdoor, so I chose to wait the extra time since we were able to cover the window. "The representative was late so I called and he had forgotten about the appointment. I showed him the windows and described what I was looking for. He took pictures and said he would talk to his boss. I didn't get a reply so I called the representative's cell phone and left a message. No response. I called the office twice and left a message and still no response. This was over a time period of about a month."
