"Very satisfied with the service and the negotiated price which was within my budget. Very little was left me me to pick up after they left. The team was very polite and friendly. I immediately mentioned them in our community’s Facebook page."

"Lupe and his team did a beautiful and efficient job preparing the soil, laying the new sod and clean up. He responded to my inquiry immediately and was easy to work with. I will ask him to do additional landscaping in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Jeff is a 14-year Air Force veteran whose voice on the phone projected a can-do attitude. I sent him a photo of the pile of junk to be removed and our address, and because he was finishing a job nearby, he came within half an hour to clear the pile. As we clean out more junk while downsizing, I will call him again. With his experience in the construction trade, I will also hire him to make some repairs. He’s cheerful, his rate was reasonable, and best of all, he and his assistant left the area completely clean after they removed it."

"I want to thank Brandon from Rooted Outdoor. We are new in San Antonio from Colorado. We purchased a house that needed some landscaping help. Brandon was the first to reach out and offer his services. I so happy with the landscaping results! You outdid yourself Brandon; thank you for making our yard look so healthy and beautiful! - Marina"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Follow recommendations for removal or remediation to ensure a safe living environment.

The best way to remove lead paint is by wet hand sanding and removing all dust and residue with a HEPA vacuum. Professionals may also strip and scrape lead-based paint with a paint scraper. In some cases, you may choose to have a pro encapsulate or enclose your lead-based paint surface by covering it with a sealant or a new material. You may also choose to replace the material altogether.

Exterior paint contains a higher level of VOCs, which can be dangerous if you’re exposed to it for a long period of time. The good news is that paint’s toxicity reduces significantly once fully dried and cured. Do not keep open exterior paint cans in your home, basement, or garage, exposing your household to harmful chemicals over time.

If the lead paint is in a place that is not easily disturbed and is not flaking or deteriorating, you do not necessarily need to remove it. Lead is toxic when dust particles or flakes from peeling lead paint are ingested. If people are not in the area with the lead paint, it may be safe to leave it in place. You still may want to consider encapsulation with a paint formulated for covering lead-based paint, just for an added layer of protection.

Professionals are trained in identifying hazardous materials and utilize industry-approved methods for safe handling and disposal. They adhere to regulatory frameworks to protect health and the environment, ensuring all materials are disposed of safely and responsibly.
