"Lupe and his team did a beautiful and efficient job preparing the soil, laying the new sod and clean up. He responded to my inquiry immediately and was easy to work with. I will ask him to do additional landscaping in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Transformational is an understatement. Jeff and crew took our guest bathroom from it's original condition from the mid-1980's, and gave us a modern and elegant design. This was a major project that saw everything removed down to the studs, and a tub/shower combo removed. It was replaced with a curbless, walk-in shower, new cabinets, all new electrical, and LED lighting. We also replaced all the old copper pipes with PEX. Like any project of this scope, problems arose, but Jeff was quick to resolve them with only minor delays. We're so happy with it so now it's the only room in our house that we want to use. We are already planning for our next project with Jeff."

"I highly recommend Williams Irrigation & Lawn Service. I had a massive brush pile from trimming a tree in my front yard over the weekend, and they completely took care of the clean up. They were able to come next day after contacting them, arrived on time, and worked efficiently to clean up everything. My yard was spotless, the price was excellent, and the crew was incredibly professional. A+ service!"

"Shawn worked for us for 13 years taking care of our large corner lot. He stopped one day after a storm and offered to remove a branch from the street so people could drive through. Shawn and his staff are so professional that he worked not only for us but other neighbors on our street until we were able to sell our house and move to an apartment. They took care of all the planed flower beds, built a path to the back yard and worked on the fence. His crew is efficient and cleans up at the end of a job. He built a cover for the four .horse tubs on the side yard to keep them from getting too much sun in the evening. We have referred him to a number is people in our neighborhood and other area of town. I would refer him to anyone. They are very profession with trimming trees and even hat to take one of ours down."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Professional lead removal involves identifying and safely removing or encapsulating lead-based paints and materials, using specialized equipment, and following strict safety procedures to minimize exposure and contamination.

You do not have to remove lead paint if the surface is not chipping or peeling or if there are no pregnant people or children under the age of six who live in or regularly visit your home. Lead paint is a particular risk for young children whose brains and bodies are not fully developed. Experts strongly recommend that you call a pro to remove lead paint if it’s peeling or flaking, no matter who lives in the home. You can experience lead poisoning by breathing in or ingesting just a small amount of it.

If the lead paint is in a place that is not easily disturbed and is not flaking or deteriorating, you do not necessarily need to remove it. Lead is toxic when dust particles or flakes from peeling lead paint are ingested. If people are not in the area with the lead paint, it may be safe to leave it in place. You still may want to consider encapsulation with a paint formulated for covering lead-based paint, just for an added layer of protection.

The best way to remove lead paint is by wet hand sanding and removing all dust and residue with a HEPA vacuum. Professionals may also strip and scrape lead-based paint with a paint scraper. In some cases, you may choose to have a pro encapsulate or enclose your lead-based paint surface by covering it with a sealant or a new material. You may also choose to replace the material altogether.

Lead removal can take a few days to several weeks, depending on the work needed, particularly if the lead is widespread and in hard-to-reach areas.
