Richter Tree & Lawn is flexible with timing and needed services. I was out of the country for close to a month. They came by to mow on schedule (twice) and permitted me to pay them with their first mowing after I returned from my vacation. There aren't a lot of services that would have provided me that benefit especially considering I was just getting started with them so they didn't really know me nor whether or not they could trust me to pay them after the fact. I tried to prepay for the services they were going to perform while I was away, but Richter prefers to be paid after his company provides their services."
