I did my homework and decided I wanted a Trane. I contacted several companies for estimates. Air Network as the only company who contacted me in the time frame promised as well as coming out to see what my needs really were. It turned out my duct work was done improperly by the previous owner resulting in my uneven cooling. Air Network answered all my questions honestly and gave me several bids on different brands and sizes before the day was done. I still insisted on the Trane which by brand names is not the least expensive but was still at a very good price. His crew showed up on time during a day where it rained all day. They put mats on my floors and began dismantling my system. Chris the owner drove 2 hours to north Austin to pick up the unit I requested since there were no local Trane outlets and then 2 hours back to Hallettsville. They worked so efficiently I actually fell asleep in my recliner while they worked. By the end of the day I was more comfortable in my home than at anytime since I bought it. His crew were neat and courteous and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I was so impressed by Air Networks that I will not allow any other company to service my system in the future. There were no extra or hidden costs. The job was done for exactly what the estimate was. I HIGHLY recommend Air Network.
