Joe is a stand up guy. Not only did he care about identifying mold in our home but he gave us tons of ideas for how to keep our environment healthy and safe for our family. He also could have made more money because we were considering having him come out a second time to retest some areas but he did want us to have to use our funds unnecessarily so instead he talked us through our issues and helped us come up with a better & more cost effective plan. He is a God send to our family.

This business owner is very intelligent and knows his business. His wife is a fantastic person. He would educate me along the way about the airflow process and what could create mold. We're not so sure it's mold rather the water that's bad but I still look forward to getting his test results to see if he was able to capture exactly what elements are in the air affecting my health.

I hired Joe after I told him I was concerned with the air quality in the house because I have an infant, Joe said once the test is done we will get a report then we can talk about what can be done, I told Joe we are no smarter that we were before we hired them, nothing in the report tells me anything that I wanted to know, Joe then says you will probably be better off with some HEPA filters after I gave him $600

"Unfortunately Mr. Gregory wrote this review before he read the very detailed report which fully described the biological and material pollutants we found in the home. It appears the both time we sent the reports they ended up in a junk folder. Our report provided solutions to correct the issues we found in the home and pointed out a number of house keeping and deferred maintenance conditions that were having a negative impact on the air in the home. We resent the report along with supporting data and it appears he never read the report and have made not effort to return our phone calls. We pray that God Bless the Gregory's indeed and continue to protect their health."

Aggie Inspector Group was able to come out and perform the service that they were paid to do. My only complaint was that I never received a call back from the inspector. He did however email me the results. I had also originally asked for 3 mold tests, however, 4 tests were performed. I should have put this in writing as I was unable to be on site during the inspection. Overall though, the results were very informative and helped me make an educated decision.
