I found the GM to be extremely rude and unprofessional, refusing to accept responsibility for her own actions and those of her staff. Inconsiderate of my time and unable to communicate even basic information. Some examples: 1. Left my pool area full of trash, debris and open containers of toxic chemicals on a Friday afternoon. When challenged, she responded that her team would be there Monday to clean it up. As I wasn't willing to risk my children or dog dying, I performed the cleanup. 2. Refused to communicate construction plan, leading to multiple instances of staff showing up at my door at inconvenient hours demanding that I move cars from my driveway, coming into my yard unannounced, etc. 3. Parked a trailer in my driveway over the weekend, completely unused, blocking both my garage and the entrance to my porch. Trailer was locked and not used until the following Tuesday. 4. Did not fulfill promise to open the pool with salt, merely sending instructions. Salt meter they installed does not appear to be working. I will find another company to investigate. 5. Skimmers do not appear to be working properly after resurfacing. Originally, ASP told me the skimmers needed to be replaced. Now they say that the skimmers are fine, although I am seeing issues. Will find another company to investigate. 7. Killed a large patch of grass on my lawn, presumably with a chemical spill. Did not notify me, and I cannot get grass to grow in that spot (in my front yard)."
