We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service. \nAt our core, we design and construct custom outdoor poolscapes that exceed our customers expectations. We have over 40 years experience in the pool business in this area, and a dedicated team that follows through on those expectations.\nWe work on in-ground gunite pools, in ground vinyl liner pools, and outdoor living structures. We can clean and maintain inground pools or pool/spa combinations whether vinyl liner or plaster. Unfortunately, we do not maintain or service above ground pools or stand alone hot tubs. "I just hired this company to begin weekly service April 2019 to maintain my pool. Joe seems very professional & knowledgeable in the pool business. The rate he charged me was very reasonable. If there are any problems I will follow up. For now, I would recommend this company."

"Jim and his crew were absolutely wonderful!!! Very professional and answered all my questions and ones that I did not know I needed to ask. Before I called Pacific Pools I called three other businesses, they were either too busy to come give me a quote, gave me one on the phone without questions or comments or were very aggressive and pushy telling me that I needed to make up my mind while they were standing in front of me. Jim took the time to call me and set up an appt and came out and explained everything and did the same with my husband. We had an issue after installation and Jim came immediately to solve the issue, even though it was very minor. You absolutely cannot go wrong hiring Pacific Pools."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

While concrete walls do not need to "breathe" in the traditional sense of the word, they do require waterproofing and dehumidifying methods, particularly in basements below the water table. Concrete both contains moisture from its initial installation and can absorb water when exposed. Ensuring proper basement ventilation , installing a vapor barrier, and controlling water exposure are all important tasks.

Grading complexity, debris removal volume, equipment, labor, and permits determine expense levels.

Land surveying can help give clear guidance on your property boundaries for numerous situations. And in some cases, having your land surveyed is a requirement. Some common reasons to have your land surveyed include:

  • Planning for construction projects, like building a fence

  • Locating utilities, such as plumbing fixtures

  • Settling property line disputes

  • Creating subdivisions

  • Meeting mortgage requirements

  • Selling your property
