"I strongly advise against hiring this company! My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They charged an exorbitant amount of money and didn’t even replace essential components like the expansion tank, drain pan, or hoses. Instead, they reused the old ones. For the price I paid, I could have hired a Home Depot-certified, 5-star plumber who would have replaced all these components, including the expansion tank, new hoses, and pan, at a lower cost. Essentially, they only replaced the water heater tank and reused everything else, which is unacceptable for the price they charged. Additionally, they only offer a 30-day labor guarantee, which is far below the industry standard. Unfortunately, I was forced to use them through my home warranty company, which makes it extremely difficult to choose your own plumber. I’m unsure why the warranty company continues to work with such subpar providers. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable plumber elsewhere!"

"It turns out that the new Smalley homes do not have the in/out of the manifold for the water in a place where you can get to it easily. They had to remove the hot water heater, cut out a place to get to the manifold, remove foam insulation, hook up the pipes to the system, re-foam the manifold, put back the drywall, reinstall the hot water heater, and get the system up and running. The two gentlemen, Dan and Dax, were as nice as anyone would want. Polite, intelligent, and efficient. Dan figured out how to get it installed without my having to pay for a drywall person and painter to fix up the wall. I'm super happy and super impressed with their work and perseverance to get the job finished in one day. They were here for about six hours. Thanks!!"
