However, their main aim was to apply equipment to a floor that was clearly ruined, and this equipment was meant to blow air into the floor to get underneath to dry out the water. They did not remove the equipment when it was clear the floor had buckled-- they wanted to keep charging for the rental-- I had to ask them to take it away.
