He asked that pay for the materials keypad upfront so he could install and asked that I Zelle the money to his wife account. Unfortunately, I did. It is now been almost 3 weeks - he has not done the work, has not returned the money, and he refuses to communicate with me or my contractor."

Nothing was inspected with the city despite lies that it was. When reports of leaking by the electrical outlets were made, ZERO response. For months. I had to hire another company to temporarily fix it. I?m in litigation to get my money back as we speak. Do NOT trust anyone from this company. "
