Patrick is great! He’s a handyman, journeyman electrician, a carpenter by trade too (and even makes customer cabinets). So he’s very knowledgeable on all things handy. He came prepared and cleaned up behind himself. He’s very personable and I felt very comfortable having him work in my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a handyman!

This company made and installed custom door jams and doors for my home studio. The owner understood what I was trying to accomplish in sound proofing my entry doors to the space. He did a great job and I could not be happier with his work. I plan to do more business with this company!

What a wonderful person and an excellent handyman! He handled so many projects for me. Iâ m single and had a myriad of things that I couldnâ t do myself. Not only was he punctual, but he handled so many projects diligently and quickly. Work product was excellent. I canâ t recommend him enough for any of your household needs!

I would 100 percent recommend Patrick and PLBHOMESERVICES. It is terrifying to hire a contractor these days. It seem like they are all just out to take advantage of the home owner. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of carpentry and his work was meticulous. He had my project completed in the time frame he promised and gave me a competitive price where it came to custom built furniture. He does beautiful work! You wonâ t be disappointed when working with this business.

Patrick quoted a good price to install our exterior door and repair some damaged flooring . He worked diligently all day completing the job to our complete satisfaction, cleaned up everything and left the area looking as clean and tidy as when he arrived. Polite and professional. Would absolutely hire him again !!!! Highly recommend .

He replaced a door which was fine. He told us he could replace the granite on our outdoor kitchen. He actually hired a sub contractor to do the work. He did prep the kitchen island for the granite and told us he used hardi plank. Less than a year later the granite started to separate from the wood. He finally came out after many calls and emails to him, he said it was the granite people problem but since he hired them he would make sure it was taken care of. Unfortunately after he left our home he would not return calls and blocked us. Fortunately the granite person has more ethics and is a trust worthy person and came out to fix the granite. After removing the granite we saw that the wood was not hardi plank that could withstand any water it was actually plywood and was not even treated wood. The granite person told that he told Patrick that the way he was prepping it was not going to work, Patrick was insistent that he was very experienced and knew what he was doing., obviously not true as we are now having to have the entire top redone the correct way and will have to pay for his mistake. We paid 3000 for the granite and another 7000 for him to replace a door and prep the island complete a complete waste of money. He asked for 75% before he started and we paid him in good faith unfortunately the same can not be said for him. Patrick showed no professionalism, and did not honor his warranty and wanted to blame others for his mistake. If he felt he had done the job correctly he would stand by his work, but avoiding us showed that he knew he cut corners, lied to us and did not want to admit that he contributed in any way to this botched job.

The product installed successfully. However, for people with disabilities the product was unsatisfactory because of the difficulty in ignition. No remote could be located for the product. The product was d returned.

Very satisfied with the quality of the service. There were no hidden or extra charges, his contracted price did not change. He was very pleasant to deal with and listened to our needs and requirements.

I needed an Attic Fire door installed. Patrick definitely knows what he is doing, and explains what will be done prior to any work being started. This includes what is needed, but equally important, what is Not needed. His quality work is reasonably priced and well done. I would (and already have) recommend Patrick to anyone who requires a dependable and quality project done for them! He is professional, practical and efficient. (He has a good sense of humor too.) Patrick also has a good set of ethic standards. There is no unnecessary parts or work or price gouging. Just an honest man doing an honest job well.
