I highly recommend Fernando for popcorn ceiling removal. He was available to meet for a quote right away and to start the project on a mutually agreed time. Fernando did an excellent job, surpassing my expectations. He was punctual, professional, efficient, and, above all, trustworthy. Fernando takes pride in his job, and it shows. He completed the job on time, conducted a walk-through to make sure the job was done correctly, and made sure to leave the home clean. I am happy with the end results. Very happy with Fernandoâ s work. Not only did he do excellent work but his work ethic was great. We were kept informed every step of the way. Our repair might be considered a minor project, but Fernando handled it as if it was very important. It was important to us because he was able to make the repair look as if nothing had happened. Also he followed up with a phone call the following day to confirm we were still pleased with the repair. I will hire him again.

Although labor rates are on the higher end of the spectrum, Fernando did a great job; did the job as promised, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly professional. Weâ ll be using this service for up and coming projects.

We closed in our garage, had another provider handle the framing and exterior siding, while Drywall EXT installed sheet rock. This is not hyperbole, the new wall is the flattest surface in my house. Fernando did an absolutely amazing job making this come together. Price was fair, quality of work is outstanding, and he’s just really pleasant person to work with. I plan on contacting him in the near future to patch/repair/refinish a few more walls around the house.
