When he called to schedule to come out for an estimate I advised him what I wanted and since I was able to provide the blueprint with measurements of the house with markings for the desired work he was able to skip the home visit and give me a fast quote. Scheduling the work was easy and painless and he even did me the courtesy of giving my landlord a call to discuss the work being performed to be sure every body was on the same page and provided assurances that the work would be completed up to my landlord's standards/desires. "I told Jay the issue I was having with my garbage disposal at a rental property of mine. I told him if he could repair it great if not, I’d like to replace it. I would trust his decision. He called to tell me he was able to get it working and then let me know it was 15 years old and it was possible the motor was going out.
