I was lucky to catch him on a slower day. Very friendly...I asked to him to give my dog a treat (that I provided) so my dog would be more comfortable. He kindly obliged. The mount looks great and he showed me how to adjust to tilt, and guided me to save the extra hardware in case I ever get a larger tv. When he called to schedule to come out for an estimate I advised him what I wanted and since I was able to provide the blueprint with measurements of the house with markings for the desired work he was able to skip the home visit and give me a fast quote. Scheduling the work was easy and painless and he even did me the courtesy of giving my landlord a call to discuss the work being performed to be sure every body was on the same page and provided assurances that the work would be completed up to my landlord's standards/desires. He was punctual and friendly and worked fairly quickly to get the work completed while providing regular updates. When something was unexpected or unknown he made sure to touch base to ensure we were on the same page. The outcome is exactly as I wanted.
