Juan Jr. took the time to explain how and where they would get the electric and that we would not experience any collateral issues but if something should occur then they would resolve it. They called the day before to confirm our installation and the team arrived on time. They worked through the day and finished the job the same day as promised. They took the additional time to guarantee all testing was complete and that all of the shutters operated, plus ensured that we were completely satisfied and happy with the product and their installation. We have never experienced storm or hurricane damage in the 35 years we have lived in our home but it was time we mitigated the risk. These shutters also function as security for our home when we are away on a trip. They are managed either individually from a local remote control or can be managed remotely via a mobile application from a smartphone.
