They showed  me the old evaporators coils and the leaks in them, and the new were still in the original box. We had to wait at least 2 days for the parts because I have warranty with the parts; meanwhile technicians came to the house everyday to put a little bit of  Freon so we could be more at ease with the heat. "The ad said that it was for unlimited vent.s I called to confirm and had it confirmed that it dryer vents would be included. He stated that because my pipe was higher that it would be an additional cost and that dryer vents were not included. He insisted that the ad was wrong. I had taken the day off and felt that he should have given me a better price since I had confirmed with his staff beforehand. I went ahead and paid the price since I needed it done, but felt that it was not as described. I will never, ever call him again."
