"He misrepresented himself as part of the Ochoa Roofing and more, which he is not. He got the fencing done in a timely manner but charged more after he was finished due to under estimation. My husband hired him but when I went to look at finished gate I noticed it wasn't even when the gate closed. Tight as it should be on the top but as it goes down to the bottom the gap for larger. We did not call back to repair."

"Great! Mark and his team provided excellent work at a reasonable price. They started when promised and completed all work in four days. Job was complex as I have an older home and exterior wood needed to be replaced in a couple of Window frames, a Bay window, and siding of a back porch."

"I had a a 20x20 brick paver patio and a 10x10 steel gazebo installed.  I was more than satisfied with the job performed. The quality of the materials used and skill of the installers left me with a product that will last for years.  I will recommend these guys to everyone!"

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

Professionals ensure safe, thorough repairs using quality materials, extending the life of your structure.

Common materials include wood, vinyl, and metal. Wood offers a classic look, while vinyl and metal are low-maintenance options.

Clean regularly, seal wood surfaces, and inspect for damage or rust to ensure longevity and safety.

On average, building or installing a gazebo costs around $5,700, with a typical range between $3,000 and $10,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. Material choice is a significant cost driver; for example, brick is often more affordable, while metal can be one of the more expensive options. Square-shaped gazebos can also be more expensive to build. Custom features, such as built-in seating or lighting, will increase the total price. You may be able to save money by purchasing a prefabricated gazebo kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.
