"We had the folks from Rolltex install storm and hurricane shutters on our home. We interviewed and received quotes from several vendors and we checked references, the BBB, Angie’s List, etc., but it our experience with the Rolltex team that convinced us that they were the vendor of choice. Plus we were impressed with their showroom and how Elena and Maria worked with us on pricing, answered our questions, and continued to communicate with us. Prior to our decision Juan Jr. and his Uncle arrived onsite and went over the installation. Juan Jr. also answered our questions and encouraged us to contact him directly if we had further concerns or questions. One of our major concerns was the electricity to operate the motors for the shutters. Juan Jr. took the time to explain how and where they would get the electric and that we would not experience any collateral issues but if something should occur then they would resolve it. They called the day before to confirm our installation and the team arrived on time. They worked through the day and finished the job the same day as promised. They took the additional time to guarantee all testing was complete and that all of the shutters operated, plus ensured that we were completely satisfied and happy with the product and their installation. We have never experienced storm or hurricane damage in the 35 years we have lived in our home but it was time we mitigated the risk. These shutters also function as security for our home when we are away on a trip. They are managed either individually from a local remote control or can be managed remotely via a mobile application from a smartphone. Rolltex is a family business that knows how to treat their customers. They work hard to make certain their customers are satisfied and happy with the product and their service. No work in over a week and stopped communicating 4 days ago. He damaged my skid steer I let him use so he wouldn't have to rent one so I now have a repair bill on top of unfinished work. No clue why this guy says he builds fences. "

They were competitive on price, showed up as scheduled with 8 guys and finished the job in 2 days. They had a good project foreman who did everything I asked and they cleaned up very well. You won't find a better roofing company."

"They did do plastering on my pool as well as a crack fix that I had back in October 2022. Although, plastering seems fine, when they start doing it, they did not chipped all the way my old plastering, just chipped around top tiles and then do the plastering on my old plastering. So, my pool lost some sq.ft for that, as well as lets see what will happen later on if the old plastering comes out whether it will affect top plastering. Plus, when they finished the job, I noticed that they did not plaster around my tiles at all. (I had spaces between tiles) and nicely requested after job was done to send me someone or send me some plastering so I can fill the spaces around tiles. They did not respond. I called them and finally talked to their boss and he told me he can send a guy to do plastering around tiles after acid start up finishes (takes a month). I agreed that - this is back in November 2022 - and then after couple weeks later I had to close my pool because of the leaves were falling. So, when I opened the pool back in March I called them to send me the someone to finish the promised filling crevices around tiles job, they asked $650. I repeatedly wrote emails that their boss promised me to this back in November because job was not completely finished, they still did not respond and never heard back from them (except, when they finished the plastering they put jet fitting onto my Polaris fitting, and called them to send someone for that as well and they did and fix the mistake they did but not for grout plastering). I had to clean my pool dirt that was coming from trees by myself manually because of the jet-Polaris mistake. And when they were doing plastering they knocked out one of my sprinklers and still did not come and fix it as their Boss said they would do. I noticed them they are also in BBB registered as well. If you ask me how do they get 5 stars from Google and they are in BBB that is mind boggling. I will copy this there as well. Plus, they do want to get their last half of the checks before the finishing the job shows how seriously unprofessional and not trusting the customer. Perhaps, this review would help them to fix the problems they face with customers hopefully."
