"They came on time, did the job, cleaned up, and left. They knew we had an attic door in the doctor's exam room so they entered thru the garage attic door but when they blew the insulation in, they didn't cover or protect the other attic door. Insulation fell in thru the cracks all over the technician who was working with the doctor. Since they knew the door was there I wish they had kept insulation from flying in. Otherwise I think they did a great job. It certainly made a difference in the temperature of the building on hot days."

"Family owned business that has personal touch. From sales person to customer service, to installation crew, all were friendly and helpful. My condo unit was a bit of a challenge to get to for installation, but these guys were professionals all the way around. They put buffer pieces up on corners, so as not to damage walls and expensive paint job that I just had done. Unfortunately, at my location I did not have a gate in the property wall for the installers to easily go through, so I watched these guys seemingly easily hop a seven foot fence back and forth during installation. While I don t think my attic was exceptionally hot on this June day in a late morning install, they indicated that they have worked in some attics much hotter. What dedication from the crew. Scott, salesperson, was friendly and helpful. He took a lot of notes and his installers knew right what to do. Allison, customer service was very friendly and helpful. They picked up my job very quickly once it was listed. They also have a part of their business that serves the Colorado area. I am in Dallas, Texas. I would totally recommend them. This was a very different experience from a recent contractor I dealt with, who took me to the cleaners, overcharging me on a paint job, $7,500 for painting a 1,047 square foot condo who did not want my repeat business apparently. The paint job did not include a Michaelanglo in it. This just illustrates the spectrum of what is out there. Lastly, DFW/insulation was good about cleaning up after themselves, which you don t see with a lot of contractors. So, I give high marks to DFW/insulation, which is a place where customer service is still valued."

"It was inevitable that we would eventually have a frozen pipe during the winter cold snaps. Last February, our North wall finally got cold enough to freeze the spigot and water line to the washer. Even before that, we were tired of having cold kitchen cabinets and strong cold draughts coming from various exterior wall outlets and switches. Our house isnâ t that old but clearly the builders were either inefficient or just lazy in some of the original insulation. We contacted USA Insulation as they are one of the few companies nationwide that will do post-build wall insulation. Their sales team were responsive, easy to deal with and gave us a competitive quote for insulating both stories around the exterior. The insulation process was a little noisy, but the installation team was pretty efficient at the work and professional in their work. Even though the house was fairly large, they completed the work within just a few days. There were a couple of small follow up tasks, but they were diligent about completing the work. Even though we had the work done at the end of last yearâ s cold season, we were pleased to notice the benefit in the summer months as the AC units didnâ t need to work as hard to cool the house. Now that the cold has returned, itâ s so nice not to have to worry about high energy bills as the house feels warmer and retains the daytime heat much better than it used to. And itâ s really nice not to open the kitchen cupboards and not reach for pots, plates and dishes that are icy cold! Overall, weâ re very happy with the work that USA Insulation did for us and think that the increased comfort, peace of mind and the reduced energy costs (and the tax incentive) were well worth the investment.
