West Texas Exteriors is a home remodeling company specializing in window and door installation, metal roofing and seamless siding. I'll be perfectly candid with you—some of my competitors here in West Texas are extremely pushy and use high-pressure sales tactics. The funny thing is, some of these companies' former customers get sick and tired of being sold to—so they come to me because I'm the OPPOSITE of a pushy salesman. I want to have an honest conversation with you about your needs for replacement windows, door replacement, a new roof, roof repair or new siding near Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland-Odessa rather than force you into buying something. \n \nWe have the most talked about customer service in West Texas for a reason. Simply put, you're not just a customer—you're a member of the West Texas Exterior's family. You get the same treatment we reserve for our dear old mom and pop. Call us today!

"Contract for 16 windows costing $17,771 was drawn up in February 2022 and it took over a year to get all the windows installed. In July 2022, 16 windows were installed by contractors hired by Statewide that had a young guy with no pride in the job. The window trim that was removed could not be replaced so they had to get new trim that didn?t match the old trim. The paint was matched to the old trim color and paint was dropped off for my husband to paint. Downstairs bathroom window leaked badly and damaged the wall but they finally came and replaced the sheetrock that was damaged. Also last month, in February 2023, we finally received the replacement window that was damaged upon arrival. They kept reassuring us that they weren?t going to use those installers again so if you decide to use this company good luck!"

"We had discussed replacing our windows so when PK sales representative showed us the type of windows they used and showed some of their former work we decided to go with their company. He gave us a quote that seemed reasonable for all that we wanted to do.
Within a short time Peter Larson, the owner, came to take measurements, answer questions and give his expert advice when asked. He was extremely easy to work with and very honest. The team worked quickly yet very careful to do every job correctly. It took about two weeks to complete our project. We are extremely pleased with the appearance of our house as it looks so updated and fresh with all that was done. We would definitely recommend this company to others and plan to use them in the future for other construction jobs.

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

They get the job done and they do it well. I am just happy with them. They will do window cleaning but it is an extra charge and I haven't made arrangements for that. It is $162 for 4 hours for 2 people."
