Everyone was professional and knowledgeable.

Legacy Support fixed our foundation. Their professionalism is exceptional. We had some plumbing complications (our fault) which delayed our project. Legacy's customer service and guys were in contact regularly until the project was scheduled and completed. All I can say is 5+ stars.

This is my second time to use Legacy. They are consistent with quality of work and cost effectiveness. It doesnâ  t matter what crew you get, they work hard to get the job done and will answer any questions you might have. The pier system they use is by far the best.

I was very impressed with Legacy Supportworks. Aaron Smith (project manager?) went over and above what was needed to be done to complete the project. Every one of the employees working on this project was extremely courteous, polite, hard working. They always called ahead of time to let me know exactly when they would be arriving. They cleaned up the site perfectly! I would recommend Legacy Supportworks to anyone who is in need of foundation repair.

Repair team was very professional and it was clear they knew what they were doing. I asked the team leader how he knew when to stop injecting the poly substance under the walkway and his answer was a simple "experience" and "patience" He proved that when all the sunken concrete rose to exactly the right height! You cannot go wrong with this company. Costs are a little high, I think, and it would cost somewhat less to replace the concrete, but it probably wouldn't match the existing slabs.

All workmen were professional, respectful and pleasant. The few "issues" that happens, were quickly investigated and resolved.

We were having some settling issues on one end of the house. There was a crack that ran from the corner of the window (indoors) across the wall, not in the seam. It was very noticeable. When they got through placing the power braces on the end of the house I went in and almost all of the crack was gone. They did an excellent job. There were other cracks that were expected when leveling the house. easy fixes. even the outside is looking better, although we will probably re do the stucco. Legacy sport works exceeded my expectations in service explaining the process involved and also assisted with financing.

Our house was in bad shape-the foundation had been sinking for years. Most interior and 2 exterior doors no longer opened, the garage was separating along the walls and roof, and all our walls had cracks in them. I heard of Legacy Supportworks at a home show-that's where I met Nick, their spokesperson. He came to our house, did a thorough inspection and explained the process so I was able to understand what was needed. The price was most reasonable and less than I expected. The production crew called before they arrived, arrived on time, and worked an entire 8-6 day. During the process, the production crew took great care with the landscaping and surrounding yard, sidewalks and driveway, then cleaned up any mess made. The production crew gentlemen (and everyone I have spoken with) were polite-no profanity- honest, trustworthy, no smoking, introduced themselves, etc. They went above and beyond their job responsibilities For example, at our house, because the doors had not opened for so long, the screws were warped. The foreman replaced the screws, at his own initiative. One gentleman, after work, saw an elderly lady down the block struggling to mow her yard, and went down and mowed it for her. Because they worked so hard, they were able to finish a day ahead of schedule. We are thrilled to be able to open the doors, have level floors and no longer need to worry about the garage falling apart. I have, and will continue to, recommend Legacy Supportworks. Very professional and informative about the repair and how it all works.

The staff were clean, courteous and very mannerable. They left my house in excellent shape and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed would recommend them to everyone.

They worked with me on getting a good outcome. They are very personable with good knowledge of what they do and they go over everything with you beforehand.
