"They did a good job however when they arrived there they did not bring a ladder.  They did about an hours worth of work and had to come back the next day because they needed their ladder.  I did not have that day off only May 27th and I wanted it to be completed that day but they had to come back.  They came back the 28th but I was not there.  They did a good job but I wanted a little more of the branches to be cut off.  When I talked with them about it, they said they would have to charge me more.  I feel if they would have done it the first day they were there, I could have told them I needed more cut off and they would not have had to clean up twice.

They let us know that because of the age of the pipes, the tub would not drain as quickly due to rust and corrosion, as well as the type of trap found in homes built during the time (mid-70's). Their work helped some, regardless. They were friendly and professional.
