"Mr. Danny came in and evaluated the damage on our roof. He was very clear and professional in explaining the steps and how the whole process worked. We agreed and he then came in a day later w moth his team of very professional and nice guys. They worked full days and finished the job within the time that was suggested, they also cleaned up (which was a worry of ours) after the completed their work. Our house looks great! Would definitely recommend and use their services again if I ever had the need for roofing services again. Lifetime Roofing is definitely a company to trust and use for your home."

"AWESOME! Mari, Manuel, and their son impressed us so much with the job they did on our son's home that we had them service our home. They were punctual, hard working, and explained everything they were doing in easy terms we could understand. They were respectful of our home, laid protective covering where necessary, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up any debris and more. They didn't waste time and they didn't cut corners. They were efficient. They were pleasant and easy to talk to. They filled out proper paperwork for a CPS Energy rebate. We were so impressed we didn't want them to leave. We've been trying to think of jobs we want to have done just to have them back. Without a doubt, we would hire them again."

"I went very well. Did an awesome job in my yard. It looks beautiful and then did some work inside the house (hooks , doggie door (which my dogs love, assemble shelves, boots for my bed) and very reasonable prices."

"Luis Procter (owner) was very professional, detailed and prompt with the quote.  His employees were polite and competent and left the work area as clean as possible at the end of the day. We had a blip in the process.  While trying to run lines, his employee put a hole in our garage roof.  Mr. Procter promised to have someone come asap to repair it.  He was as good as his word and the repair job looks better than before the damage.  We would use him again and recommend him to others.

"The exterior roofing was done well. Some unseen damage to the roof was also done at a modest cost. Issues occurred on the interior work done. Textures were not matched to existing ceilings, some of the replacement of the plaster was not done correctly, gaps were left between ceiling and wall and the texturing had been applied very messy on the side walls. A final walkthrough was not done when the work was "completed" to discuss these issues. When contact by the contractor was made for the final amount due, the customer service I received was short, rude, accusing and very impolite. In the end, the contractor tried to fix the problems left but from a woman's standpoint, I had lost trust and confidence with this company so I did not pursue this option."

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

The foundation for a pole barn should be at least 36 inches thick to ensure that the piers won’t shift from frost heave.

A 5x8 trailer can fit a queen-sized bed plus additional items. It is one of the most common sizes for enclosed cargo trailers, open utility trailers, and dump trailers. U-Haul, a national trailer rental company serving most U.S. markets, claims its 5x8 enclosed trailer can tow up to 1,800 pounds.

Whether you should choose a flat roof or a sloped roof depends on your particular situation. Flat roofs tend to be less expensive to install. However, sloped roofs have longer lifespans and stand up better to heavy snow and other inclement weather.

Keep in mind that even a flat roof needs to have a slight slope, usually around 1/2 inch for every foot. If it is completely flat, water will pool and cause damage, either from weight or leakage or rot.

Due to the expansion of the tiny house movement, you can usually find tiny houses to buy in your state. Prices range considerably based on size, style, and type. If you’re looking for a tiny home that’s move-in ready, you may be able to find a good deal to buy or a prefab dealer near you.

Your chicken coop needs to be off the ground to protect your chickens and avoid problems brought on by flooding, mud, and moisture. If you can't locate a high area to build the coop, you should build an elevated coop to ensure it stays dry.
