"Mr. Danny came in and evaluated the damage on our roof. He was very clear and professional in explaining the steps and how the whole process worked. We agreed and he then came in a day later w moth his team of very professional and nice guys. They worked full days and finished the job within the time that was suggested, they also cleaned up (which was a worry of ours) after the completed their work. Our house looks great! Would definitely recommend and use their services again if I ever had the need for roofing services again. Lifetime Roofing is definitely a company to trust and use for your home."

"AWESOME! Mari, Manuel, and their son impressed us so much with the job they did on our son's home that we had them service our home. They were punctual, hard working, and explained everything they were doing in easy terms we could understand. They were respectful of our home, laid protective covering where necessary, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up any debris and more. They didn't waste time and they didn't cut corners. They were efficient. They were pleasant and easy to talk to. They filled out proper paperwork for a CPS Energy rebate. We were so impressed we didn't want them to leave. We've been trying to think of jobs we want to have done just to have them back. Without a doubt, we would hire them again."

"Luis Procter (owner) was very professional, detailed and prompt with the quote.  His employees were polite and competent and left the work area as clean as possible at the end of the day. We had a blip in the process.  While trying to run lines, his employee put a hole in our garage roof.  Mr. Procter promised to have someone come asap to repair it.  He was as good as his word and the repair job looks better than before the damage.  We would use him again and recommend him to others.

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

Whether you buy a prefabricated shed or build one depends on why you need it and where you stay. For instance, if a simple garden shed is what you’re after, it’ll be less expensive to buy one already built. But if you want a shed with windows, plumbing, and electric work, a custom-built unit might be more suited to your needs.

Skid foundations, deck block foundations, and concrete block foundations are the most affordable shed foundation options. Of these, we recommend deck blocks. Deck blocks are easy to install and level, and they raise your shed up off the ground to prevent rotting from exposure to water and moisture. Keep in mind that deck blocks won’t resist soil movement or frost heave, so they’re not ideal in areas with expansive soil or a deep frost line.

Ranch and colonial-style homes are often the most affordable to build. They have a common layout with available designs that are easy to adjust in simple ways without having to spend too much on a structural engineer or architect. Both types of homes' symmetry, simple roofs, and often one or two-story plans mean they often fall in the $150 to $200 square-foot range, putting them right around average.

While building a treehouse isn’t necessarily a death sentence, damaging the trunk is one of the ways to kill a tree. If you’re concerned about the tree, opt for a treehouse support system rather than attaching it directly to the trunk. This may involve using bolts and brackets to affix the structure to the tree's branches or establishing a standalone support system that remains unattached to the tree.

The difference between a pole barn and a stick-built barn is in the construction. Large poles in the ground provide support for pole barns. For stick-built barns, 2-by-4 or 2-by-6 lumber (known as sticks) create a frame around load-bearing beams. Stick-built construction is far more popular for residential homes. Pole barns are more cost-effective because they require fewer materials and less labor.
