"I've rated middle of the road as my opinions of the company & job performed, are mixed. Love my bath, Not the initial work, Nor the incredible Hassle i had to go through to get it Corrected & Prove what was Wrong! My shower was reconfigured. Waterlines moved to exterior east wall. Tempertures fell below freezing for 2 days this past winter. My lines froze! I have a custom brick home. Thankfully I had taken pictures throughout the progress. I looked through the pictures carefully. I noticed there was Zero insulation around a brass T fitting in my cold water line. I realized this fitting was connected to an exterior Freeze Faucet on the east wall of my home. Even more concerning, the Hot water line above it, Was NOT Visible!! The insulation had been put over the hot water line, not behind it!! The wall had to be removed. Getting that done was a challenge. I monitored closely & everything was redone correctly. The lines were insulated with pipe insulation, I purchased. Done. Finally."

"Awful! Workmanship was poor, no-show rate high. No “work crew” as promised; contractor brought his wife and minor children to “help”. Products ordered and paid for, damaged during installation necessitating do-over. Did not do installation following manufacturer recommendations. Blamed manufacturer for quarantine-related delays, but we verified order and ship dates with the manufacturer. Delays were contractor’s fault. Contractor made repeated draws on labor charges; stopped showing up when draws exceeded contracted labor fee. He collected state sales tax but has no tax permit on file with TX Comptroller’s Office. Posted photos on Facebook of other projects he was doing while he told us he had to quarantine due to COVID exposure. Never finished project; 60 days after bath remodel tear-out started, we hired a plumber and are completing finish work ourselves. Have posted other reviews and found that contractor has posted fake reviews for his own company. Reported to Facebook, and FB removed his business page."
