This company has been nothing but trouble. I have a gas water heater and they guy they sent out had no idea what he was doing. He never fixed my heater and just charged me for coming out. The company refuses to help me as well.

If you aren’t sure which type is in your home or are looking to install something different, you should consult an HVAC pro to determine which option is right for your heating and cooling needs.

It’s a better use of energy (and your money) NOT to run an ERV system all the time. Most experts recommend that you cycle your ERV system on and off throughout the year. However, the recommended advice could change based on your climate, the number of people in your home, the size and style of your home, and your heating and cooling system.
