Actually, no one can beat their prices. They do an oil change and oil filter, up to five quarts of Quaker State, for $19. They do it all for ya. You can't even beat that anywhere. They're also looking for other things to sell ya, of course. I get my tires done there too, usually. They do everything. When you buy tires, they do everything. They rotate them, they balance, they check your alignment, because you're buying tires there. I would say the oil change was fast. I actually did some shopping and they called me on the intercom at WalMart and said my vehicle was ready. In those smaller towns at Walmarts people actually care about their jobs a little bit more I guess. It's people that have been there, their employees, you see their service tags and they've been there like five years already. When you think of WalMart you don't really think of quality but when it's the only provider in the town ... because I do go to other providers for certain things, in the town like if I have a flat tire I go to a guy that I know that runs a little business because he's a mom & pop place and I wanna help him out. I tip him every time and we do good and he gets me in right away. My wife has a tendency to ride on the right side of the road too much and ends up getting passenger side flat tires constantly, but whatever. Their pricing is obviously fabulous. Obviously, that price depends on your vehicle. The vehicle I got done was a little four-banger, four cylinder vehicle, so it doesn't need a lot of oil. Obviously the more oil you need and the bigger the filter, like a truck, I imagine it would cost more. Everything across the board I would probably give them an A. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to wait in line just to get in there because there was people waiting. But they do it smartly; I'd still give them an A. They way they do it is, you drive up first, instead of going into the WalMart, this one you actually drove up and they had a guy sitting there and ask you what you want and send it and then go park your car, which is nice - you can go shop. But the thing is that you have to wait in line. But now that I actually think about that, I might like that even better because I wasn't standing around; I was sitting in my car. So I guess that was probably better than sitting in a lobby. Just give them an A across the board. They were good. I'm actually shocked; I never went to those things. I normally would go to like another quick provider type thing. This was actually better because the one thing about going to WalMart, you can get your shopping done, things that you need to get while your doing that and not just sitting in a lobby. And that's kind of a giant deal for people who have big families and things, things you can pick up while you're doing it, and then calling you on the intercom.

Although I was new to the area the associates were really nice and helpful . They explained what I needed and the reason I needed it. Because I drive back and forth alot for my job they told me to make sure to keep up routine oil changes

Can we say slower than slow We went to Walmart to have our oil changed because after pricing around it was cheaper than competitors. Next time I will just pay more. There were 5 to 6 guys working are at least standing around. Was told they had one car ahead of us and it wouldn't be longer than thirty minutes. Two hours later were still waiting. To make matters worse once you go in to walmarts building the door that enters back out to the outside locks and you can't go back out of it without a employee unlocking it. Needless to say there was no employee in sight. So guess who got to walk all the way to the front of the store and all the way around it to the back just to ask how much longer. Will not use them again. I know all businesses have off days but you had 5 employees and one lane open out of three .
