I have used Cook's Heat and Air for several properties, including my personal home.  The Cooks are trustworthy and dependable and they will do what is necessary to remedy a situation without overselling something you may not need.
They've come out in the dead of winter to determine why it was only getting to a temp in the 50's in the house.  Billy quickly determined it was an issue in the attic and the situation was resolved and the cost was reasonable.
When we've had larger issues (units needing replaced due to age/end of service life), they've been on top of that as well.  They replaced what needed to be replaced and made suggestions regarding future issues that might require attention as well.
All in all, I would highly recommend Cook's Heat and Air for any heating/cooling servicing or equipment needs you may have.  They have always worked to provide excellent service and it shows given the number of customers they have who have been with them for more than one generation.  My family has considered them our "go to" company for over 25 years.

Cook's has serviced my air conditioner and heating system for a number of years. I trust them completely to do good work and to tell me the truth about whatever the problem is--or isn't. I am not interested in using any other AC/Heat people. Cook's is my only one!

It is a father and son. They are very, very dependable. They will come in emergency situations late on a weekend night. They have always met every need I've had. They had gone over and above. Their prices are reasonable. I am very critical and I am a perfectionist. I have nothing but good to say about them.
