This caused a significant disruption to our daily lives, as both work and personal activities rely heavily on a stable internet connection. To make matters worse, when we approached them about the issue, they outright refused to take responsibility or cover the cost of repairs. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is astonishing. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice.
